Section 103

Without prejudice to the provisions of any other written law, the Court may impose the punishment for taz'ir on any person who commits an offence under Hukum Syarak not specially provided for in this Enactment and, on conviction, such person shall be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
