Section 81

Whoever attempts to commit any preparatory act to the commission of zina with another woman who is not his wife or another man who is not her husband shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
