Section 93

Section 93

Whoever, without lawful authority –

(a)

occupies, or erects any building on any Majlis land; or

(b)

clears, ploughs, digs, encloses or cultivates on any such land or part thereof; or

(c)

cuts or removes any timber or produce on or from such land, shall be guilty of an offence, and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
