Section 80

(1)

Any male person who commits forbidden sexual intercourse with another female person shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, or to canning not exceeding six strokes or any combination of such punishments.

(2)

Any female person who commits forbidden sexual intercourse with another male person shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to canning not exceeding six strokes or any combination of such punishments.
