Section 241
(1)
The Director shall be the Receiver of Wreck for North Borneo.
(2)
The Governor may appoint any person to be a Deputy Receiver of Wreck for any part of North Borneo, and any such Deputy Receiver of Wreck shall exercise such of the powers as are conferred by this Part on the Receiver of Wreck and may perform such of the duties as are imposed by this Part on the Receiver of Wreck as may be delegated to him by the Receiver of Wreck.
