Section 95

Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, an assignment or sale of salvage payable to a seaman or apprentice belonging to a North Borneo ship made prior to the accruing thereof shall not bind the person making the same; and a power of attorney or authority for the receipt for any such salvage shall not be irrevocable.

No debt exceeding $5 recoverable till end of voyage.
