Section 31

In the case of seamen engaged in North Borneo who are domiciled in North Borneo,

Sarawak or Brunei when it is agreed that the engagement of any such seaman shall end at any port not in North Borneo, the agreement shall contain such stipulations as may be prescribed.

Every such stipulation shall be signed by the owner of the vessel or by the master on his behalf.
