Section 270
(1)
Where by this Ordinance any notice, authority, order, direction or other communication is required or authorized to be given or made by the Governor or the Director to any person not being an officer appointed under this Ordinance, the same shall be given or made in writing.
(2)
Where any notice or document is by this Ordinance required to be transmitted or sent, the same may be transmitted or sent by post.
