Section 263

No suit shall be maintained against any public servant within the meaning of the Penal

Code [Ordinance No. 3 of 1959.] for or in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith in the exercise or performance or in the purported exercise or performance of any power, authority or duty conferred or imposed on him under this Ordinance.
