Section 280
(1)
The Carriage of Goods by Sea Ordinance [Cap. 20.], the Ports and Harbours
Ordinance [Cap. 103] and Shipping Ordinance [Cap. 135.], together with all subsidiary legislation made under these Ordinances, are hereby repealed.
(2)
The Merchant Shipping Acts, 1894 to 1958 (save the provisions specified in the second Schedule) to the extent to which these Acts apply to North Borneo ships when in North
Borneo are repealed.
