Section 68
Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed as limiting the jurisdiction of a Court to refuse to entertain an action for wages by the master or a member of the crew of a ship –
(a)
if the ship is not a British or North Borneo ship; or
(b)
if, in the case of a British ship, the provisions of section 166 of the Principal Act apply.
