Section 97

If a person demands or receives from a seaman or apprentice payment in respect of his board or lodging in the house of that person for a longer period than that during which the seaman or apprentice has actually resided or boarded therein, that person shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of two hundred dollars.
