Section 397
(1)
The Director of Survey and Mapping shall exercise general control and supervision over all other Survey Officers.
(2)
The Director of Survey and Mapping shall be subject to the general control and supervision of the Director General of
Survey and Mapping, who shall act in accordance with such directions as to policy and as to the exercise of his powers as may be given by the Minister.
