Section 388
(1)
Subject to and in accordance with this Part, the Land
Administrator may create rights of way over land, which shall be known as Land Administrator’s right of way.
(2)
The rights conferred and obligations imposed in respect of any land by the creation of a Land Administrator’s right of way shall run with the land and shall be binding on the land’s proprietors and occupiers for the time being.
