Penalty for failure to produce documents
of National Land Code (Revised - 2020)
(1)
Any person or body who, without reasonable excuse, fails to produce or deliver any document as required by a notice lawfully served on him under paragraph 15(1)(e) or by paragraph 175b(1)(b) or by a notice under subsection 343(4)
commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both.

Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to produce any document as required by a notice lawfully served on him under subsection 398a(2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
