Section 427
(1)
No person shall graze any animal on any State land or reserved land except pursuant to, and in accordance with the provisions of, a permit in that behalf issued by the Land
Administrator or, in the case of reserved land, the officer for the time being having the control thereof.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1), or any permit issued under subsection (1), commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.
