Section 31
(a)
Special trains may be provided, subject to availability, on due application being made in writing to the
Traffic Superintendent.
(b)
Special train charges are RM3.50 per kilometre for a single journey, RM5.00 per kilometre for a double journey, in both cases plus the ordinary fare and luggage and other rates and charges. For detention a further charge is made of seven ringgit per hour. Minimum charge is seventy five ringgit.
