Section 48
(a)
Reserved coaches or compartments, if available, will be provided on application to the Traffic
Superintendent.
(b)
The minimum charge for a reserved coach or compartment will be the equivalent of the ordinary fares for two-thirds of the seating capacity of the coach or compartment.
(c)
The minimum charge under paragraph (b) of this rule will require to be deposited before the reservation is accepted by the Railway Department.
(d)
Should a reservation be cancelled by an applicant the Railway Department reserves the right to deduct from each of the fares making up the charge for the reserved coach or compartment, the deduction provided for the paragraph (d) of rule 41.
