Section 36
(a)
The windows of booking offices are open for booking thirty minutes before the departure of the train.
(b)
The windows of booking offices are closed three minutes earlier than the departure time mentioned in the timetable, after which no person can be booked.
(c)
The Railway Department shall not be liable to rectify alleged errors in payment or in change, unless the attention of the Booking Clerk or Station Master is drawn to the error before the person moves away from the booking office counter. Persons are therefore requested to examine their tickets and change before leaving such counter.
