Section 77
(a)
All packages tendered for despatch by rail must be clearly addressed by the consignor with the name and address of the consignee and the destination station.
(b)
All old marks must be obliterated or remove.
(c)
Packages which cannot be satisfactorily marked in the ordinary manner must be provided by consignors with individual labels or tags.
