Section 85
(a)
When a consignment consists of two or more packages severally containing goods classified in different classes or chargeable at different rates, each class of traffic is charged separately, and is subject to a separate minimum if applicable, unless the freight charge on the total weight of the consignment calculated at the higher class or rate applicable is less.
(b)
Packages containing two or more classes of goods are charged on the whole weight at the rate for the highest class of goods which the package contains subject to one minimum only.
