Section 80

A medical officer or registered medical practitioner making an order under section 14 or a Court making an order under section 55

or 73 shall immediately send a certified copy of the order to the

Medical Director of the government psychiatric hospital or gazette private psychiatric hospital into which the person who is the subject of the order is to be received.
