Section 85
Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in any written law—

Section 85
(a)
to a lunatic or mental person shall be construed as a reference to a mentally disordered person;
(b)
to a lunacy shall be construed as a reference to mental disorder;
(c)
to an asylum, a lunatic asylum, an approved hospital or a mental hospital shall be construed as a reference to a psychiatric hospital.
