Section 83
(1)
Notwithstanding any other report required by any other written law, a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home or community mental health centre shall report to the Director General, or any person authorized by him in that behalf, such unforeseeable and unanticipated incidents as may be prescribed.
(2)
This section shall apply to any unforeseeable or unanticipated incident that occurs on or after the date of commencement of this
Act.
