Section 84

(1)

The Medical Director, licensee or person in charge of a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home or community mental health centre shall make available, upon registration or admission, as the case may be, the policy statement of the hospital, home or centre with respect to the obligations of the Medical Director or licensee or person in charge of the psychiatric hospital, psychiatric nursing home or community mental health centre to patients using the facilities or services of the hospital, home or centre.
