Section 26

An Authority shall appoint a finance committee for regulating and controlling the finance of the Authority and may, and if the Minister so directs shall, appoint a staff committee for dealing with matters relating to the staff of the Authority and their terms and conditions of employment or may appoint one committee for regulating, controlling and dealing with all such matters.

Any committee appointed under subsection (1) shall consist of members of the

Authority and the number of members of such committees and their term of office shall be such as may be fixed from time to time by the Authority.
