Section 117

If a person secretes himself in any ship intending to go to sea in such ship without the consent either of the owner, agent or master, or of a mate, or of the person in charge of the ship, or of any other person entitled to give that consent, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for six months and a fine of one thousand dollars.
