Section 162
(1)
The master of any North Borneo ship which is within North Borneo and which has met with any dangerous derelict or any other direct danger to navigation shall, if possible,

send information accordingly to any ships which may be in the vicinity, and shall also report such derelict or other danger to the Port Officer at the earliest opportunity.
(2)
If the master of a ship fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section, he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars.
