Section 163

No North Borneo ship being a ship of over one hundred and fifty tons gross tonnage, shall proceed to sea on any voyage from a port in North Borneo to a port not in North Borneo unless the ship is provided with a signalling lamp of a type approved by the Director, and, if any ship proceeds or attempts to proceed to sea in contravention of this section, the owner or master of such ship shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of two hundred dollars.
