Section 257

Where a ship is detained in pursuance of any provision of this Ordinance which provides for the detention of a ship until a certain event occurs, subsection (2) of section 199 shall apply as if the ship has been finally detained within the meaning of that subsection.

Sums ordered to be paid leviable by distress on ship.
