Section 34

If any seaman who is domiciled in North Borneo Sarawak or Brunei is engaged by the master of any foreign ship otherwise than in accordance with the provisions of sections 31 and 32, the master shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars for every such seaman so engaged.
