Section 63

Where a seaman belonging to a North Borneo ship is by reason of illness incapable of performing his duty, and it is proved that the illness has been caused by his own wilful act or default, he shall not be entitled to wages for the time during which he is by reason of the illness incapable of performing his duty.

Costs of procuring punishment may be deducted from wages.
