Section 76
If a seaman or apprentice belonging to a ship to which section 72 refers dies in North
Borneo and was at the time of his death entitled to claim from the master or owner of a ship in which he has served any effects or unpaid wages, the master or owner shall pay and deliver or account for such property to the Superintendent at the port where the seaman or apprentice was discharged or was to have been discharged.
