Inclusion in one instrument of dealings affecting different lands

Section 212
No instrument shall be capable of effecting dealings under this Act with respect to more lands than one unless—
(a)
the dealings in question are all of the like nature, and are all effected by the same person or body in favour of the same person or body; and
(b)
the register documents of title to the lands in question are all kept in the same Registry or Land Office.
