Section 15

When a person seeks compensation for the loss or damage or deterioration to articles or animals delivered to be carried by the Railway Department he shall give full information, supported by such documentary evidence as may be required, in writing to the Traffic Superintendent within three months from the date of delivery of the articles or animals to the Railway for carriage.
