Section 17
(a)
Firearms cannot be accepted for conveyance except as provided for in the Arms Act 1960 [Act 21/60.]
and any subsidiary legislation for the time being in force thereunder.
(b)
Explosives will be accepted for transport in accordance with the provisions of the Explosives Ordinance 1957 [F.M. Ord. 40/57.], and any subsidiary legislation for the time being in force thereunder.
