Section 167
(1)
The Governor in Council may make such rules (in this Chapter referred to as
:the load line rules”) as appear to him to be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of Articles 6 to 10 inclusive of the Load Line Convention and Annex I and Annex II thereto.
(2)
Such of the load line rules as are made to give effect to Part II of Annex I to the
Load Line Convention are in this Chapter referred to as “the conditions of assignment’.
