Section 80

Every person who shoots kills or takes any wild animal or wild bird from any vehicle is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable (in addition to any other penalty provided for any other offence) to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one month or to both.
