Section 88

Every licensed hunter who fails to record in the appropriate space provided for in his licence either of the particulars prescribed by section 36 (whenever the circumstances so require pursuant to that section) is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months or to both.
