Section 90

Every person who on a demand or request made by an officer or an authorized officer, refuses to produce for inspection any licence granted to him under this Act is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months or to both.
