Section 89

Every dealer or taxidermist who fails to display his licence authorizing him to carry on the business of a dealer or taxidermist, in a conspicuous portion of his place of business, is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months or to both.
