Section 87

Every dealer or taxidermist who fails to record either of the particulars in a book as prescribed by section 37 (whenever the circumstances so require pursuant to that section) is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months or to both.
