Section 72

unlawfully shoots kills or takes a wild animal or a wild bird in a wild life sanctuary;

unlawfully takes or damages or destroys the nest or egg of a wild animal or a wild bird in a wild life sanctuary; or is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable (in addition to any other penalty provided for any other offence) to a fine not exceeding one thousand/dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both.
