Section 93
Where a person is found guilty of an offence under section 97 (where it relates to section 14) the court may in addition to imposing any penalty or in lieu of any penalty order-
(a)
that the person be prohibited from housing confining or breeding any protected wild animal or protected wild bird for a period not exceeding five years commencing on the date of the order; and
(b)
that any expenses incurred including veterinary treatment and the transporting feeding confining or burying the wild animal or the wild bird be borne by the person.
