Section 83
(1)
Every person who carries on the business of a dealer without a licence or licences is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or to both in respect of each licence where more than one licence is required.
