Every person who contravenes—

(c)
any direction given by the Chief Game Warden, a Game Warden or an authorized officer pursuant to this Act;
(d)
the provisions of any regulation made under this Act;
(e)
the conditions or requirements prescribed in his licence or special permit where no penalty is provided, is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding one month or to both.
