(1)
The master of every North Borneo ship to which the provisions of section 19 apply shall, at the commencement of every voyage or engagement, cause a legible copy of the agreement with the crew, omitting the signatures, to be posted up in some part of the ship which is accessible to the crew.
(2)
Any master who fails, without reasonable cause, to comply with this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of one hundred dollars.
