Section 28

Any person who fraudulently alters, makes any false entry in or delivers a false copy of any agreement with the crew shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for two years and a fine of five thousand dollars.

Any person who assists in committing, or procures to be committed, any such offence shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for two years and a fine of five thousand dollars.
