Section 445

The State Authority may by rules make such provision as it may consider necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing any difficulties occasioned by the coming into force of this Act, and any such rule may be made so as to have effect as from the commencement of this Act.

Special provision for land subject to conditions in Second and

Third Schedules 446.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the provisions of the Thirteenth Schedule shall have effect in relation to any land which is subject to any of the additional implied conditions in the Second and Third Schedules.
