Section 65

Every person who unlawfully shoots kills or takes an immature totally protected wild animal or an immature totally protected wild bird is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding three thousand five hundred dollars or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two and a half years or to both.
